Aim: Compare high risk HPV positivity rates and viral loads of self-collected vaginal samples and urine collected with Colli-Pee®
Partners: Centre for Cancer Prevention, Wolfson Institute of Preventive Medicine, Queen Mary University of London, Royal London Hospital (United Kingdom)
Results: Similar positivity rates were seen for two self-collection devices and urine collected with Colli-Pee®. The other two other self-collection devices showed lower positivity rates for high risk HPV in comparison to Colli-Pee®.
