Aim: To determine whether the INNO-LIPA® HPV Genotyping Extra II is compatible with DNA extractions from Colli-Pee® collected, UCM preserved urine samples
Partners: University of Antwerp, VAXINFECTO (Belgium)
Results: Preliminary results confirm that the INNO-LIPA® HPV Genotyping Extra II is compatible with self-collected, preserved first-void urine collected with Colli-Pee®.
